flowers excellent as always
i tried to order online because of the covid situation. I am not a technical wizard but not inept either. I noticed no delivery charge AFTER the final billing amount but assumed that perhaps because they live since the delivery was close( Barrhaven) i assumed that there was no charge since i did not see an entry for delivery method. . stupid of me. So I was embarrassed that the recipient had to drive to Manotick to pick up their flowers! perhaps some kind of phone call check on your part would have remedied this. But obviously the website is not completely idiot proof.
