has grown from a staff of 2 to its current staff of 15 dynamic employees. To keep everyone focused, creative and motivated, Joanne provides what her staff needs to develop their careers, whether
it is a seminar with a European master designer, a design program at Flowers Canada, or simply a mental health day to walk in the woods and rejuvenate the creative spirit.
As a result of Joanne's management style, her staff is extremely loyal. At Mill Street Florist, at least one-third of her staff has been with her for more
than 10 years. As only one of a handful of florist shops in North America with two (AIFD) accredited designers, the Mill Street team is eager and qualified to accept any challenge.
